how you paying for it?
Well, see the beauty of it is, Paul and James (guitarist and drummer)'s parents actually bought the house, to rent out/use when they have to go to melbourne, and we're going to live in it and pay not as much rent as we woudl if we weren't related to the landlords.

BassVirtuoso 07-15-2006 07:42 PM

I don't usually watch Tennis unless it's a big event. Seriously, there is nothing redeeming about NASCAR. Other kinds of racing are nice but, NASCAR?

trumpeter 07-15-2006 07:42 PM

Gav, please explain the intricate but glaring differences between a frappe and a milkshake.

Admit it; that was a brutal pwn. I'm surprised no one posted an owned pic. Usually I'm the one who posts the owned pics but I figured that would garner some attention.

I wish I played bass in Hot Cross. I'd have so much fun.

No.
If you grew up in Greater Boston, you might wonder which milkshake the ice cream entrepreneur is referring to. Many Bostonians still think of a milkshake as milk and syrup, shaken until frothy. But drinking a Boston milkshake doesn't have the same cooling effect as drinking a tall cup of blended milk, syrup, and ice cream. In this city, that's a frappe.
da_s_man13 07-15-2006 07:47 PM

Hahaha, Bostonians.

bottlerocket 07-15-2006 07:48 PM

Doug: A SAETIA COVER? EEEWWWWW!

You CAN'T cover Saetia. It's just...they did it themselves and they did it best. It's dead now, leave it be! Just appreciate it!

Ew, that saddens me.

What song was it? I bet it was Venus and Bacchus or Notres Langues Nous Trompent. Either way, not cool on their part. I would've got into it, though.

There are so many better emo bands/songs to cover...actually, no...never cover an emo band...ever...unless it's "For Meg" by On the Might of Princes, which I plan on doing for this girl Liz before I leave for college. My band's gonna do it at a show we're playing and I'll play guitar and do vocals for the song.

Also, thanks for explaining the difference. I honestly had no idea.

ONE MILLION WAYS TO HOLD ONTO SILHOUETTES!

Name the song/band, Doug, SANS-GOOGLE!
