Hey do you know what would be a cool idea. All the metallica loves on this thread who can record choose a song and we decide an order. The first person decides on a song and records there faviotite part of it. Then they send it to the next person who deose the same and adds onto the recording leaving a huge phat Metallica Meadly.

Yes, I find it boring, the rest of the album is Metallica's best stuff.

It's covered in wah, the solo for RTL is their greatest but it's all down to opinion.

I suppose your right its just that two of my mates can play the solo and have been teaching me how too.

It's pretty easy, just keep at it and you'll get it down.

I disagree, it's not just wah abuse, it is a very good solo
that kirk uses the wah in, cause the wah is like his
signature sound, that and his brilliant use of double stops

although he does use it quite extensivaly at times

but I woulda killed for a good wah solo when I first

Nah he uses wah way to much. He's been using it since the RTL album (obviously not on every solo).

Meh, he should get a new signature.
