Use paint then. Go to Image<Attributes<Then set up the pixel size.

That dont work, it cuts out loads of the pic...

And if you have photoshop, go to edit - image size. Paint tends to mess up picture quality.

It said NewThread in the link and I got to it from Report Problem Users.

But otherwise, most people don't know it is one, and it's a precautionar to ban anyone who clicks it.
