Just no red meat, considering ending meat altogether. I don't eat red meat based on a principle though, so every so often I'll be at a cookout or something and that's the only food available so I'll eat a bit to tide me over, but generally red meat is terrible for you, and most white meat in a grocery store isn't too great.

That said, red meat is delicious.

JUSTIN: Pork is red meat, the ad campaign said it's white meat, I guess to separate it from the deservedly bad reputation red meat gets.
