Got a lot of friends who study Civil Eng. Sounds hardcore with Physics.

I don't start classes till next week, but my day will start off with multidimensional signal processing =|

The fun thing about grad school is I still have no idea which classes I will choose to take yet.

Deth 08-18-2008 12:20 PM

How far ahead do you have to plan with grad school classes?

Civil Engineering ist krieg

Tyr 08-18-2008 12:21 PM

I start next week as well, Tuesday afternoon. We'll have a course introduction and then I imagine we'll go home. Should take an hour or two.

I thought you changed majors.

Deth 08-18-2008 12:26 PM

I thought about it for a while, but that was due mainly to me being completely depressed for the majority of last semester.

pate 08-18-2008 12:27 PM

Oh. gg sticking with it

Well so after your first semester you're supposed to file a plan of study mapping out all the coursework you will ever take in the program. But you can change it as many times as you want, so it's really a formality. Plus I'll be half done with courses when I file the PoS anyways hah. If you have a certain class you want to take you have to plan far in advance because some classes are only offered say once every 2 years. But if you're flexible in your studies, you can take whatever you feel like once classes are announced really (what most people do).

Suck it up, kid. Other than post-secondary education, all schools here end at the very end of june and go back the first day after labour day. I've basically been off since the end of March though.

Angmar 08-18-2008 01:33 PM

Haha yeah, summer just always goes by so fast though D:

Tyler 08-18-2008 01:34 PM

Not for me, I've been bored out of my mind for months, hah.

publicastration 08-18-2008 01:35 PM

If I hadn't taken summer 2 classes I would have had off since May and I'm going back next week.

but man I was bored until my summer classes started.

that's community college though

AA-12 08-18-2008 01:40 PM

I've been out of school for over a year now. I need to get on the ball and find a school to apply to now :\

Angmar 08-18-2008 01:41 PM

Only times I get bored during summer is if no one can hang out and I just end up sitting around at home, it's nice to do that once in awhile like when I got back and was really jet lagged and kinda sick.

pate 08-18-2008 01:42 PM

All I do all summer is sit around at home.

132WalrusesInMexico 08-18-2008 01:47 PM

Sup

I haven't posted in like a month. I've been spending time with my girlfriend who is here from Germany.

Right now she's watching a soccer game so I decided to post on MX.
