I liked the SNES Zelda, and the Game Boy one. But I never got into any of them released after that, because I never got it for my N64.
Blasphemy!

The first one on the N64 is considered one of the best games ever. I think the one already out for GC is better, but it is still a great title.

honkybrewster 03-29-2005 02:38 PM

I only played the first Game Boy version, but I loved that.

Brain Toad 03-29-2005 02:39 PM

I'm not too much of an RPG person. I've always been a side-scroller but there aren't many of those in the new systems, so I haven't bothered buying anything after the N64, except the GBA, which I got mainly for their release of old SNES games like Donkey Kong Country.

honkybrewster 03-29-2005 02:40 PM

The only N64 games I had were racing games... like Mario Kart. Man, I miss that game.

Shtein 03-29-2005 02:42 PM

the best Zelda game was "Zelda A Link from the Past" for Super Nintendo, remember that?

DOLEMITE 03-29-2005 02:45 PM

i liked playstation. thps 1 with police truck

Yeah, twas a good one indeed. All of them were good. But you can't tell me that this one will not be the best.

Brain Toad 03-29-2005 02:48 PM

THPS 1 was a great game. I was listening to Suicide Machines - New Girl last night and it brought back memories.

Anxious 03-29-2005 02:50 PM

i was just fighting the damn Omega Pirate in Metriod Prime. That guy is a bitch.

honkybrewster 03-29-2005 02:59 PM

I'm pretty sure I've liked every single Mario game they've ever made.

Brain Toad 03-29-2005 03:00 PM
I'm pretty sure I've liked every single Mario game they've ever made.
That's because Mario rules. But Super Mario 2 was just plain odd.

albert_bass 03-29-2005 03:00 PM

Omg videogame freaks!

Anxious 03-29-2005 03:01 PM

THPS got me into punk, cause of police truck. fond memories.

Yeah... it was. But it was still awesome, despite having very awkward gameplay.

It's funny but Crazy Taxi got me into punk.

honkybrewster 03-29-2005 03:03 PM

Grind Session (which probably no one had) and Dave Mirra's Freestyle BMX are the two main reasons I started listening to punk.

Cause of Offspring and Bad Religion?

albert_bass 03-29-2005 03:04 PM
Cause of Offspring and Bad Religion?
Yup, I still love all those songs, but I only listen to All I want nowadays. That song is probably my favorite song ever.

Brain Toad 03-29-2005 03:06 PM

Super Mario 2: Pick up a mushroom and throw it at your enemies.

Haha I'm browsing Alby and he has Limp Bizkit!

albert_bass 03-29-2005 03:10 PM

And linkin park, placebo, even you can find some eminem. That doesn't mean I listen to them. I used to listen to limp bizkit though.

honkybrewster 03-29-2005 03:12 PM

I still have a Limp Bizkit shirt somewhere.

Anxious 03-29-2005 03:12 PM

now its stuck in my head.

Brain Toad 03-29-2005 03:12 PM

I have Eminem. I used to listen to Limp Bizkit too, but I was a dumb little kid.

AndreTheHyena 03-29-2005 03:12 PM

Eminem and Placebo are forgiveable...but Limp Bizkit and Linkin Park? Which LB album?

albert_bass 03-29-2005 03:14 PM
now its stuck in my head.
Hahaha I'm sorry
Eminem and Placebo are forgiveable...but Limp Bizkit and Linkin Park? Which LB album?
All :upset: I suppose I'll go to hell... I preffer LB to eminem like 234135 times if i have to be honest.

And Placebo are one of the most annoying bands ever.

Shtein 03-29-2005 03:17 PM
Yeah, twas a good one indeed. All of them were good. But you can't tell me that this one will not be the best.

the original, i never had it, but i bet is was insane 'cause all originals are

Let's Chop Cats! 03-29-2005 03:17 PM

I still listen to Eminem.

AndreTheHyena 03-29-2005 03:17 PM

I don't mind Placebo. And if it was only Limp Bzikit's first album, and maybe their second, that would be passable. As it is, yes, you're going to hell.

Brain Toad 03-29-2005 03:17 PM

I have two LB CDs still, in my pile of CDs to sell. Rasputin wouldn't take them because they were too scratched.

I also found my soundtrack to Small Soliders, that movie ruled. Soundtrack is good too.

albert_bass 03-29-2005 03:19 PM

I supposed so. I don't care, I had to go anyway.

Brain Toad 03-29-2005 03:23 PM

6. Love Removal Machine by The Cult
7. My City was Gone by The Pretenders with additional vocals by Kool Keith
8. Surrender by Cheap Trick
9. Tom Sawyer by Rush
10. War by Edwin Starr.
Love is a Battlefield by Pat Benatar with additional vocals by Queen Latifah
I must hear this.

Brain Toad 03-29-2005 03:25 PM

I shall rip it onto my computer.

Shtein 03-29-2005 03:27 PM

i used to listen to TOO much Zeppelin, way too much

Let's Chop Cats! 03-29-2005 03:28 PM

War by Bone Thugs-n-Harmony featuring Flesh-n-Bone with Henry Rollins, Tom Morello, and Flea

Would that be the same song that appears later on in the CD? And would Bone Thugs-n-Harmoney be that group that did the 'Crossroads song'?

honkybrewster 03-29-2005 03:29 PM

Yeah, they did Crossroads.

Brain Toad 03-29-2005 03:30 PM

Its a kind of remake of the Edwin Starr orginal, but it's pretty much the same. I think they did that song, but I have no idea.

I didn't know Henry Rollins was in that song until now.

Let's Chop Cats! 03-29-2005 03:43 PM

This intrigues me. I shall get it later.
