c is considered average , so if you only pass at a C then they make you consider taking the class over agian at my school , apparently average isnt good enough any more

That sucks, but a good education is really something you should not take for granted, it really eases your path in the future, and not only because you start in a better posisition, but because the most probable thing is that you are gonna be better than others. I've sen it happen here at my office very often, you notice that most of the times the really good lawyers come from good strict schools.

Although, above alll, the most important thing is your attitude, attitude and talent can get you way further than knowledge.
