most guitarists I've met always seem stuck in their own genre, but thats a pretty big generalization... You might as well try it, I know my band didn't though.

Just got back from Satch and Eric Johnson. Good live show, Both played very well, and the light show was nice. I got to see them at a performing arts center, GREAT sound quality.

But I do have to complain about his guitar being a bit low in the mix, Thankfully that was fixed within the 2nd song.

That's awesome, I really wish I could've seen them here.

so one of my friends is really messed up on drugs now. to the point where i'm trying to help her, and she "doesn't want me to see her like this". she won't tell me where she's staying (i called her house, they don't know where she is), and she'll talk to me on her cell phone for 5 minutes at a time, max. then she'll just freak out and hang up. it's been going on for a few days now, and it's getting progressively worse.

any tips? i hate knowing that she's like this, and that there's not really anything i can do.

Try to do your best to find out where she is. Then go over there and escort her to a rehab clinic.

If you can't find out where she is there isn't really anything else you can do that you haven't done already.

It's sad to see people like that, and it's worse when you can't do anything to help them.

I had an awfully painful day at school.
It all started about 4th period. I was sitting there neglecting to do my homework, my eyes pinned to the subs butt, and I get this really nasty grumble in my stomach. I had to sh[B]i[/B]t so bad it isn't funny, but I refused to go in school.
So I sat on an angle with my cheeks clenched for atleast 20 minutes before my crap subdued. And then I get the cramps.
These aren't normal cramps. It's like I've got a f[B]u[/B]cking baby walrus covered in black top flopping around in my uterus while chain smoking cloves.
I felt so much like crying.

James looked like an idiot man, the hair then sucked so bad. Joey filled in OK and did pretty much the same as Lars does in the studio version.

The male ones are all hideous and super creepy, though...I guess it evens out.
