you fixed one of them...theres another one. I always has to be capitalized.

Also i hope you either took that image at the top or have permission to use it.

It's a free stock image. I emailed the photographer a thankyou note too.

also, theres really no reason for "I'm available" to be bolded.

I feel the need for it be there, for dramatic effect.
