I am 145 lbs and I am the one throwing people around in mosh pits. Well I couldn't right now because my knee couldn't handle it yet, but when I am in full health I throw people around in them.

My last show the guys in the pit were huge, thus me getting shoved around.

Makes it more enjoyable it does.

Yeah the last show, (the one with me flying from one end to the other) I got smoked right into the jaw. I could only open it half way without it getting stiff.

It's getting better though, can almost fully open it.

Pfft! I was kicked in the eye at one show from some kid that was crowd surfing. That was not the epitome of fun.

Also, a fight breaks out at every show no matter what, so you are always bound to become hit by someone throwing punches.

So three months ago before I blew out my knee I could do 100 pushups not even breaking a sweat, now I can barley do 10 before I am winded. I am really out of shape.

Yeah, there are always fights, and then they either break it up and continue at a later time during the show, or they just take it outside.

Some many random fights for so many random reasons.

Most of the time, people are just upset because they were "hit" by flailing limbs.
