So being on holiday in a house that has warmth, food and adequate seating is basically the greatest situation I've been in.

Going home from Uni and having real food for the first time in an age is pretty much the best thing ever, right?

Sweet zombie jesus yes. It's not like I live in complete squalor when I'm at uni, but it's just so comfortable back home. The weather has been FANTASTIC for days, I've had plenty of people to see and it's just been a lovely time. But, but but but, it seems too comfortable, and I don't wanna get lost in it - cuz it's not my current reality.

Yeah I can dig. I'm lucky in that regard because if I spent more than a couple of weeks in my home town I would snap and start murderizin' motherfuc[size=2]kers[/size]. I was always looking forward to getting back to the big smoke.

Yeah it's almost getting that way with me. But the reason why I'd be murderizin' is cuz it'd be from some sort of drug abuse. Seriously, the atmosphere where I am, amongst the youth/fake-youth has turned so aggressive since the summer - it's like hell man.

It's crazy cuz I live in Auckland, biggest city in NZ, well over a million in population (that's big for us), and supposedly the worst crime and streets in the country - but I feel safer walking those streets than my home town.

That was almost the same for me. Supposedly the streets of the Valley in Brisbane at night were a dangerous place to be but I felt a hell of a lot safer there than in the hick town that is Bundaberg.

I was front row for the first 3 songs, but I was getting crushed to pieces! So I came out and stood about 10 rows back. Ben Harper was really amazing aswell, although some kids next to me, decided to start a 'Ben Harper Mosh' which was quite off-putting!

Yeah, I only made it about 3 songs as well. My friend likened it to being beaten up in a sauna.
