That's the only movie I've seen him in, but I thought he did a pretty good job.

Special Brew 10-21-2005 10:27 PM

Calico System is playing here tomorrow.

SunnyDayRealEstateAM 10-21-2005 10:27 PM

He was the leading role in The Scorpion King, that movie was kick a'ss.

Crunchwrap Supreme! 10-21-2005 10:28 PM

Calico System used to be siq.

I alwasy hear about them but I've never heard them. How do you describe their sound?

Lazybassplr56 10-21-2005 10:28 PM

I'm listening to the Misfits right now and it's ruling hard.

Crunchwrap Supreme! 10-21-2005 10:28 PM

The Scorpion King was fucking terrible.

Lazybassplr56 10-21-2005 10:32 PM

That girl was really hot though. Whats her real name.

SunnyDayRealEstateAM 10-21-2005 10:36 PM

Whats up with this band called "Hollywood Undead". I've been seeing a lot of stuff about them recently.

Mute Print 10-21-2005 10:38 PM

Some kid introduced them in the pop-punk forum a while back, so I've listened to a couple of songs by them. I wasn't really impressed but they're okay.

I suck at correctly classifying bands, and I don't feel like pissing someone off for making a mistake, so just hear them for yourself.

SunnyDayRealEstateAM 10-21-2005 10:41 PM

Thanks guys, I'll check out those bands in a bit.

Crunchwrap Supreme! 10-21-2005 10:42 PM

Calico System- "Love Will Kill All" is so sick.

Whoa, what huge fucking coincidence! My girlfriend just showed me this band about three hours ago, and I thought they were very good. I even posted on my own forums about it already.

http://www.in-vayne.com/londonscene/viewtopic.php?t=42

Yeah, I called them indie rap/emo but don't get on my case about the emo thing, because I do know the truth. Other kids in my area are still uneducated, and I haven't bothered trying to help them out yet. :p

These guys sound pretty sick. It's the first I've heard of them, but they're really cool. I'll have to try to find some of their music on Slsk.

What's up?

Mute Print 10-21-2005 10:53 PM

I just found The Duplicated Memories on Soulseek. I'm downloading it now.

Why not? Some of it is very good, if you are into rap at all. Some songs bother me because of some stupid lyrics, but the songs "Knife Like Lust" and "The Black Dahlia" are great.

shane italian 10-21-2005 11:11 PM

No. Jefferey Star stabbed a dude at Del Taco and talks about his vag.

SunnyDayRealEstateAM 10-21-2005 11:12 PM

Eh, I don't like it at all.

Special Brew 10-21-2005 11:15 PM
No. Jefferey Star stabbed a dude at Del Taco and talks about his vag.
Still doesn't mean their music isn't decent. I like it, and I could care less about the people that play it. They all look like douches on their Myspace though.

Crunchwrap Supreme! 10-21-2005 11:17 PM

Del Taco!

SunnyDayRealEstateAM 10-21-2005 11:19 PM

Oh yah my user title is FRESH.

Mine is too.

Crunchwrap Supreme! 10-21-2005 11:33 PM

Deathcore is the dumbest term ever.

SunnyDayRealEstateAM 10-21-2005 11:34 PM

Haha nice. That Danny Banaducci is f'ucked up. I feel bad for him.

Special Brew 10-21-2005 11:35 PM

I don't know much about him, besides htat he was in the partridge family and was on a reality TV show, I think.

Special Brew 10-21-2005 11:36 PM
Deathcore is the dumbest term ever.
That's only because there are no bands that really fit the genre, but the band I'm working on now may very well help in making it a realized genre.

Plus, "Deathcore" sounds cool.

He has a show on VH1 currently. He takes steriods, abuses alcohol, has anger problems, might get divorced, and he cut his wrist. Thats emo right there.

Special Brew 10-21-2005 11:38 PM

Dayum.

I should be taking emo lessons from him.

SunnyDayRealEstateAM 10-21-2005 11:39 PM

Yes, looks like I'm getting post 2,000 today.

SunnyDayRealEstateAM 10-21-2005 11:40 PM

I want to see that Chicken Little movie. It seems pretty cool and funny. I'm gonna call up some of my lady friends to see it with me tomorrow.

Special Brew 10-21-2005 11:43 PM

I just made my 9000th post a minute ago in the pit.

Chicken Little was a good movie, and it's pretty funny. I can't wait 'til the new Wallace and Gromit movie either.

SunnyDayRealEstateAM 10-21-2005 11:44 PM

I love Wallace and Gromit. They would always play those movies during rainy days at my elementay/middle school.

Special Brew 10-21-2005 11:49 PM

Hmm... for reason Chicken Little made me think of Wallace and Gromit.

I guess it made me think of Chicken Run, which was made by the same people as W&G.

Sorry for my randomness. :p

Congrats on your 2000th post that you are about to make. ;)

SunnyDayRealEstateAM 10-21-2005 11:59 PM

Made!!!!
Congrats to you on your 9,000th post.

TakeWarning 10-22-2005 12:18 AM

Looks like I'll get 1600 in about 10 minutes or so.

I bet they still show them on rainy days at school.
