im not trying to get tone, im just trying to aleviatre borde,, and practice a defret, its fun i got the frets out, next sanding and expoxying, its gonna be a fretless picolo bass, two of the tuners are broken anyway. :lol:

Thanks man. Sorry to hear about your grandfather. I understand that going through the chemo can be just as terrible as having the disease. My friend is telling me that she won't do chemo, even though I'm begging her to, because she doesn't want to go through it. I feel bad, because I dodn't know if I'm being selfish in wanting her to do this, or if she's being selfish in not wanting to. Either way though, it's not my decision.

How are you doing with it joe?

I don't know yet, really. I mean, they're telling her like "We think you have it. But in order to be 100% positive, we have to do a biopsy." So she has to go in and get some marrow taken out of her hip on Wednesday (which I understand isn't the greatest feeling in the world.) And from that, they will be able to tell her 100% that she has it, and they'll give her the treatment options. So I'm still holding onto the small chance that she might not have it. I don't know if I'm fooling myself or what though.

This is just so crazy. Ive never had anything like this happen before, and it's not even happening to me. I mean, I love this girl. I love her as if she were my sister, a part of my family. And to think that she might die and there's nothing anyone can do about it scares the hell out of me. Everything else I could do something about, ya know? I could fix it. But I can't do a **** thing now.

I'd say you're both being selfish, but with different motivation. I don't think it's wrong to want your friend to have every possible chance to survive, but on the same note I guess it isn't wrong for her to decide how much suffering her life is worth risking. . .

It's a hell of a quandary, and I wish you didn't have to think about it. Just hope that her doctors and her will to live point her in the direction you want. It really is her decision.. :upset:
