i love how you guys say my soloing goes nowhere, when they actually do what they're suppose to - flow into the next passage. I'm boosting up music, just saying I don't know what else solos/leads are suppose to do besides that

They're supposed to invoke a certain feeling, which can be anything from a sad, excited, thrashing, or overwhelming feeling.

I don't interpret "going nowhere" as a phrase that hints at emotional depth, but rather actual flow
