i'd say a lot of crust bands would have that sort of sound, though they aren't really screamo

i think you already checked out fall of efrafa. listen to dystopia - human = garbage. not screamo at all but might be what you're looking for.

Portraits of Past and Drive like Jehu, although the latter isn't exactly emo, are pretty damn epic.
