Wow, I just listened to KIMB for the first time, in a long time. I forgot how much I love this CD. I can't get over it.

I think Dave is a little too obsessed with putting down Metallica though. I like them both but why doesn't he just let it go?

I think Dave has let it go, but the media hasn't.

If he has a banner at his show saying FVCK METALLICA, I don't think he's let it go.

Personally always prefered Megadeth to Metallica.
Just opinions though, you have to take into consideration of the quality of albums.

Kill 'Em All, Great album, really thrashy, my favourite.
Ride The Lightning, Excellent album, some great tunes.
Master Of Puppets, OMG ALBUM AND A HALF :eek:.
And Justice For All, a little bit inconsistent, but the good songs are some of the best.
Metallica, well, clearly comercialised, but still good.
Load and Re-load, meh, not much to say.
St. Anger, eh...

[U]MEGADETH:[/U]
Killing Is My Business, a little bit of a rip off of K'EA, but hits the right spot.
Peace Sells, classic, an abosulte stand out album.
So Far So Good..., This gets slated a lot, undeservedly in my opinion, there are some of Megadeth's best tracks on here, but there are a few "filler tracks also".
Rust In Peace, what else can I say about one of my favourite albums ever...?
Coundown To Extinction, a great album, not just thrash, shows some lighter elements.
Youthnasia, a good album with some excellent songs, if a little inconsistent.
Cryptic Writings, a very soft album, but some thrash songs on it, again a little inconsistent.
Risk, the last MEGADETH album, it's ok, nothing more I suppose.

So you see, I find Megadeth more consistent than Metallica, just an opinion, of course.:)

Yes i completely agree if you listen to kill em all then st anger you will not be able to tlell the differencein my opinion metallica were doin good till they cut ther hair from there on it all went downhill megadeth though Killing is my business is the only cd which sounds the least bit weird.

Jimmy Page i once again agree with you kill em all is there best album then RTL and so on till the blkack album do you guys know the song that were made by dave?

Well, if you mean the songs Dave helped co-write then...The Four Horsemen, Metal Militia, Jump In The Fire, Phantom Lord, Ride The Lighting and The Call of Ktulu.

He's also rumoured to have wrote the main riff to Leper Messiah.

only reason ****ing killing is my business sound like kill em all is becos thats the sound Dave wanted for it and also mechanix is what four horsemen ofiginally was before Dae joined Metallica and they hijacked it and added in their own solos changed its lyrics and they played that at gigs both songs are different in speed lyrics and solos

He said it uses some techinique or something he invented. I don't remeber what exactly it is. So really, it was just based on an idea of his, he didn't write it.

I only review Megadeth albums which have AT LEAST Dave and another original Megadeth member in it.
TSHF is a decent enough album, but it's not (in my eyes) a Megadeth album.

It uses spider riffing, which Dave invented.

I don't think that spider riffing is all that special, but that's just me.
