@TimJim Yup, Electo-House and pop House are just too mainstream friendly. Wompstep is an acquired taste, it takes awhile to love the womp.

electro house seems to be blowing up, at least from what i've been seeing. i try to avoid that awful **** though.

i don't think fidget house and electro house are the same thing.

they're not exactly the same thing but they're pretty similar

fidget is way better though

yeah, fidget seems to take more cues from garage and breakbeat, but i can definitely see the similarities. lots of crossover between the two.

agreed. Mt Eden uses the same generic saw synth throughout all his 'remixes'.

I've put a 10 minute video up of a snippet of a Dubstep mix i performed last week, check it out - got a mixture of the whole scene from the real intelligently written stuff like Joy Orbison to the hype stuff that gets posh kids dancing like Doctor P's Sweet Shop.
