Me and my dad have talked about starting up doing some property developing if I get some good money behind me as lawyer and choose to specify in property law. With him and two of my uncles who are all in trades it'd be a nice little earner.

I like the technical aspects involved with business and property contracts as much as criminal law. But my main aspiration is to become a criminal barrister. |

one of the requirements for it is 1 year under a "skilled crafts person" in construction or maintenance. What does that mean? I mean, me and my father basically restore apartments we buy and have built a lot of stuff, so would that count?
