I just found out that I am seeing Bones Brigade in March. CAN'T WAIT.

NewKindofArmy03 02-21-2006 07:18 PM

Where are they playing? I'm seeing them in April at Philly Fest.

Times Ten 02-21-2006 08:16 PM

They are playing at 120 Hamilton Street in New Brunswick. It is basically a house. I have never been there but I hope I can make it.

Also, what is this Philly Fest?

Feel The Darkness 02-22-2006 12:27 AM

*Updated*

In other news, my band has decided that we're going to do a Cryptic Slaughter cover.

It should be awesome, it's a pretty sweet line-up.

That cover should be awesome J. That was one of the songs we thought of to cover, but decided we're gonna do a Body Count cover.

That's probably what we will end up doing.

Times Ten 02-23-2006 08:24 PM

Dang. Bones Brigade and Common Enemy. I'm gonna try to make that.

Such an awesome song and band.

EDIT: I put the updated list in the Band List thread in punk, just took out the PV stuff because we have a seperate list for that, but I'll add any bands we don't have from the list on there.

RetiredAt21 02-23-2006 10:12 PM

Covering the song Cop Killer would simply rule. It would make your band the best band on the face of the earth.

Ist Nein Kreig 02-24-2006 05:41 AM

Cro-Mags, you fucking retards.

RetiredAt21 02-24-2006 09:46 AM

What about them?

Times Ten 02-24-2006 03:48 PM

I wouldn't group Cro-Mags with all those other bands...

Feel The Darkness 02-24-2006 05:35 PM

Cro-mags had some nice crossover stuff, but I tend to keep in hardcore.

RetiredAt21 02-24-2006 10:48 PM

Yeah, they're definitely hardcore.

Feel The Darkness 02-24-2006 11:02 PM
Yeah, they're definitely hardcore.
Well, technically they did have some crossover stuff in their discography, but not much worth mentioning. haha.

NewKindofArmy03 02-25-2006 10:02 PM

http://www.myspace.com/muscleboundrules This band rules, check em out.

My band did the Cop Killer cover today, it's awesome. We're definately doing it at our show on Friday.

RetiredAt21 02-25-2006 10:22 PM

That band is pretty good.

You should record you guys playing Cop Killer, that would be sweet.

NewKindofArmy03 02-25-2006 10:41 PM

haha maybe, it would be a bad recording though.

We are finally going into a studio on March 14th and 15th though, I can't wait.

RetiredAt21 02-25-2006 10:44 PM

That's cool man, I'm all about that raw and "tr00" sound.

Feel The Darkness 02-26-2006 01:42 AM

I can't wait till we get our cover of Money Talks down, and we play our first show. we're gonna rock it, cholo stylee.

I don't think I posted this yet, but I got bored last night and drew a cheap design for our band: http://myspace-178.vo.llnwd.net/00526/87/18/526328178_l.jpg

I haven't visited this in a long while. I'm glad to see it's still going.

I see J has edited this up a bit. Lately I've been getting into DRI.

Yeah, I brought this back up after it had been gone for awhile.

I <3 DRI. I'm gonna see em twice, hopefully, in June.
