I just got the DVD and watched it....


...its awesome, although like most concerts: some songs are played fast. But they play the songs at the skate and surf part nearly perfect. So, the interview with claudio and travis is short, and the interview with mic and josh is both confusing and hilarious. Ive never seen the videos for blood red summer and devil in jersey city, and those are on there too (with the vid for favor house atlantic). Another awesome thing is when claudio does an all acoustic "light and the glass" at the ending. And you can see sweat from his arm running down the guitar, and thats kinda disgusting.

Overall, if youre a coheed and cambria fan, buy it. If youre not, buy it anyways, im sure they need the money.

the new dvd owns!!!!! bout' time they released one!!! i was lucky enough to see them twice last year- i met claudio at the warped tour-he signed my ticket stub, and i noticed he spent the entire day talking to people and signing things before they played. they're definitely my fave band atm- i would LOVE to meet mic- he's definitely one of my all time favorite bassists!

i held the new dvd in my hands last night...but i didn't buy it. i'm not big on dvds and i bought a cd instead cause i'll use it more...i'm gonna wait til i have more money before i get a dvd

Geez, how much did it cost? And i dont know if you knew this, but the DVD comes with a full audio CD of the concert.

i know...it was like 17 dollars but i really don't want to spend that much on a dvd cause i know that i'll like it a lot, thats not the problem. its just how much i'll actually watch it after the initial first few times

Yeah, i bought it mostly for the CD and I kinda considered the DVD a nice extra. Ive already watched it 4 times or so since i bought it, and most of those times were with my friends that didnt see it yet.

see, i should be getting ajob soon and all the money that doesn't go into gas will just be extra cash so i'm sure i'll end up getting it in like 2 monthes

well the DVD was the only thing that couldve took my mind off of the mars volta. And that it did.

I spotted their DVD last night at the store and wanted to buy it.

I've downloaded a few of their songs in the past couple days and I'm beginning to like them.
