unlock the shrine is prob my favorite black metal album, top 5 at least, but i did not like rain upon the impure much at all. and i get the feeling the latest just went further down that road and further away from unlock the shrine so i doubt i'll ever listen to it.

i didnt like the other albums either, unlock the shrine is great

gunna check out the fell voices album, heard a lot of good stuff about it.

I think the 2010 CD-R is Fell Voices' best, but everything they've done so far is pretty good.

just checked out woods of infinity, pretty good stuff.

It doesn't sound anything like Rain Upon the Impure, it has alot more trance/electronica influence. I'd actually say it's closer to Unlock the Shrine than Rain... is.

I remember the first time I listened to Orrery and it seemed way too raw (I wasn't used to that shit at all back then) and it took like a year before I ever even gave it a second chance, and found out I actually like it quite a bit.
