Get the song 'Pay Your Enemy'

SunnyDayRealEstateAM 10-18-2005 05:47 PM

Not as bad as their other stuff but I can't see myself listening to it much at all.

Let's Chop Cats! 10-18-2005 06:24 PM

NEW BATMAN DOUDBLE DISC DELUXE EDITION PLUS COMICBOOK!

Not getting any HW done tonight.

NewKindofArmy03 10-18-2005 06:25 PM

I do all my HW in advisory unless its something big. I get to school about an hour before actual classes start.

Let's Chop Cats! 10-18-2005 06:30 PM

I have an essay/project thingy. I was going to do it last night, but Idle Hands was on.

Get into them, a lot like Set it Straight, I'm goin to their last show show on Friday.

40 oz 2 freedom 10-18-2005 09:47 PM

"Hey Catrina" is the best Lifetime song.

Let's Chop Cats! 10-18-2005 10:01 PM

Nah, Just How We Are or 25 Cent Giraffe. But Hey Catrina was the first Lifetime song I really got into.

AndreTheHyena 10-18-2005 10:09 PM

This is why St. Louis is going to rock my face off:

Nov. 7 - Murder By Death
Nov. 10 - Against Me! etc
Nov. 11 - Donnybrook, Hoods
Nov. 13 - Wayne "The Train" Hancock
Nov. 13 - Ted Leo
Nov. 22 - My Morning Jacket
Nov. 26 - Most Precious Blood
Nov. 29 - DEP, BTBAM, the Bronx, Horse the Band (KC)
Nov. 30 - Doomriders
Dec. 2 - Drag the River, Two Cow Garage

Looks like I'm gonna be scroungin' pennies the next month and a half.

SactoUnited 10-18-2005 10:12 PM

Hoods/DB/SR best bands you'll be seeing.

obese_breasts 10-18-2005 10:12 PM

Oh, you bastard, I want to see Ted Leo live SOOOOOOOOOOO bad.

40 oz 2 freedom 10-18-2005 10:12 PM

I'm so pissed Doomriders/Cave In AND Converge are skipping here.

AndreTheHyena 10-18-2005 10:15 PM

They aren't playing with Cave In in STL.

And it's a tough choice between Wayne Hancock and Ted Leo, they're the same night at different venues.

40 oz 2 freedom 10-18-2005 10:19 PM

Teddy.

Go see Ted Leo.

AndreTheHyena 10-18-2005 10:23 PM

Yeah, but I'm not a huge Ted Leo fan. It'd be rad to see him, but people have been telling me to see "The Train" since I was born.

I'll probably end up going to Ted regardless. Wayne Hancock tours all the time.

obese_breasts 10-18-2005 10:24 PM

I love Ted Leo like my own child.

AndreTheHyena 10-18-2005 10:25 PM

I can understand what the draw is, and I totally respect him, and his singles are better than 98% of the rest of the "punk" singles being swallowed up by the masses, but I just never got into him.

40 oz 2 freedom 10-18-2005 10:27 PM

Yeah, but you've always been a little bit homo.

AndreTheHyena 10-18-2005 10:30 PM

Only because I came in your hair, homo.

obese_breasts 10-18-2005 10:31 PM

I didn't know the Pat likes the Ted Leo?

AndreTheHyena 10-18-2005 10:34 PM

Pat likes a lot of good music, but also a lot of gay hardcore.

40 oz 2 freedom 10-18-2005 10:37 PM

Wish I could say the same about Andre, but he's not terribly into the gay hardcore.

AndreTheHyena 10-18-2005 10:39 PM

Swish, count it!

40 oz 2 freedom 10-18-2005 10:40 PM

AND 1!

Man, this "Convalescence" song on the new Darkest Hour rules. I can't get enough of the chorus.

kingdead 10-19-2005 10:03 AM

Low and These fevered times off the new Darkest Hour album have two of my favourite leads of all time in them.

Solid record.

edit:Listening again, thinking TFT might be my all time favourite metally metalcore song.

RetiredAt21 10-19-2005 11:30 AM

Who are the 8 worst punk bands? The Germs have to be on that list. Are they?

Special Brew 10-19-2005 12:37 PM
haha fusty walrus!.
I love the curse sensors.

Converge#12 10-19-2005 12:40 PM

So I'm pissed I missed Death Before Dishonor for the 4th time in 2 months. Also I'm going to see Cut Throat and Colin of Arabia on the 29th.
