**** Ritalin.

cbmartinez 04-06-2009 11:58 AM

ate some mushrooms yesterday, fun

RetiredAt21 04-06-2009 12:02 PM

How much did you eat? I usually eat around 2 grams.

cbmartinez 04-06-2009 12:36 PM

I ate an eighth, it was my first time doing them but I've done acid prob 8-10 times by now. Overall I think I like LSD more. I was a bit overwhelmed the first hour or two of tripping because I feel like shrooms just **** you up mentally way more, to the point where I was confused or like I said overwhelmed at points. But after the first two hours, it was a really awesome experience. It was just this gradual come down, where I was still tripping but just an awesome feeling of euphoria and happiness.

I also saw girl talk at my school saturday night with about like 400 other people, soooooo wasted, great time.

Liebensaft 04-06-2009 10:13 PM

Girl Talk is arguably as cool live as eating little pieces of paper dipped in LSD.

I now live in a border state but use far fewer drugs and use them far less often than when I lived in PA.

cbmartinez 04-06-2009 11:08 PM

girl talk is by far one of the best live acts ive seen, if i see at bonnaroo thatll be number 3, though the first two times may only count as one time seeing as I was semi-blackout both times (got kicked out the first time, no recollection of it)

Matt? 04-07-2009 11:14 PM

boundbytransience 04-07-2009 11:25 PM

Nono, I'm just curious what about Defeater turns you off.

boundbytransience 04-10-2009 08:23 PM
lol my bad man! my friends told me about it the day before haha. Defeater was sick i think i might pick up their cd sometime.. have hearts alright, but i didn't really see the need for them to play a full hour long set.
Get Travels by Defeater; srsly.
It's so good it should be a crime.

nedchambers 04-12-2009 05:49 AM

i'm seeing defeater with ruiner and polar bear club in a month or so. yay! i've been wanting to see ruiner live for ages.

IgniteYourAvail 04-12-2009 06:23 AM

I'd like to see Polar Bear Club, I gotta check out the dates.

Mute Print 04-12-2009 12:18 PM

I've seen Polar Bear Club five times. One of my favorite bands.

The last time I saw them, they covered the Get Up Kids.

christsimpson 04-12-2009 12:43 PM

which track?

Mute Print 04-12-2009 02:04 PM

I would lit'rly give one of my testicles to see that lineup.

Matt? 04-13-2009 01:00 AM

really? i don't even think it's that great of a show... they (pbc ruiner) came through my town with have heart and i skipped it to smoke weed and watch the warriors. different strokes i guess.

i'd seen polar bear club before and thought they were ok.

cbmartinez 04-13-2009 01:02 AM

i just realized how much og cred i have for being listed as one of the contributors in the 2nd post

Matt? 04-13-2009 01:22 AM

yeah you're so screamo chris

cbmartinez 04-13-2009 01:33 AM

you could call me one of the "Forefathers of Screamo (Gravity Records; Early 90s-Mid 90s)"

Matt? 04-13-2009 01:40 AM

i was like five so i was too young to know about screamo on my own. i remember when my older brother taped over my raffi tape with an antioch arrow demo. i was in love

with screamo.

christsimpson 04-13-2009 04:39 AM

wait matt you actually like Antioch Arrow? I thought nobody on here liked them because they tried too hard to be The Cure.

Iluvatar 04-13-2009 10:02 PM

the singer from antioch arrow kind of looked like robert smith and they were gothic i guess that means they tried too hard to be the cure

christsimpson 04-14-2009 02:02 PM

mph4ever 04-14-2009 04:26 PM
