Here we go.

Also, In/Humanity fuc‪king rules. I haven't listened to them in a long time.

MMMBop 03-22-2009 11:26 PM

so if the term emo violence was meant to be a joke, but obviously wasn't taken that way, then does it stand to be a genre or something to disregard?

IgniteYourAvail 03-22-2009 11:53 PM

I wouldn't worry about it too much. I don't use the term "emo violence," but I tend to think bands like Saetia, Daitro, and City of Caterpillar are screamo, while stuff like Orchid, Jenny Piccolo, etc are "emo violence."

pixiesfanyo 03-23-2009 12:17 AM

people like the new Kaospilot?

RetiredAt21 03-23-2009 08:10 AM

Something to disregard imo.

christsimpson 03-23-2009 08:12 AM

well if you view emo violence as uh the emo version of power violence, there obviously is a distinct sound to it. Jenny Piccolo does not sound like Indian Summer or I Would Set Myself on Fire for You.

Just shut the **** up already, emo violence isn't really a genre, In/Humanity meant it as a joke, you moron.

christsimpson 03-23-2009 10:07 AM

I know it was a joke, but it can obviously be distinguished from screamo, no matter what silly names you call me. what's next up your sleeve, butt muncher?

seriously man, there's no need to be a twat. and that pretty much goes to all of you. we're just having a conversation. geez.

cbmartinez 03-23-2009 12:12 PM

In/Humanity rules

Iluvatar 03-23-2009 01:03 PM

cbmartinez 03-23-2009 02:31 PM

christsimpson 03-23-2009 02:36 PM

the movie? or is it a band? the movie is pretty good. a bit boring though. recommend picking up August Underground Mordum instead.

hismajestythepope 03-23-2009 02:43 PM

You just have a pompous air about you, that's all. You bring out the worst in people.

hismajestythepope 03-23-2009 04:38 PM

Every one of the hardcore/emo regs is a pompous asshole, tbh.

cbmartinez 03-23-2009 05:51 PM
Enjoying this track on myspace a lot a lot. Is this new? I only had a few Kaospilot that didn't sound like this at all back in the day so I'm assuming.
yeah, they definitely slowed it down a bit. 'Ad Infinitum' is heavy ****.

I give it a :thumb:

flesh 03-23-2009 07:56 PM

Anyone seen the Baader-Meinhof Komplex?

RetiredAt21 03-23-2009 08:26 PM

I like that In/Humanity song that sounds like a black metal song. Song is elite as ****.
Ya I got the whole thing and I'm enjoying. I didn't care much for how heavy and grindy they used to be. The new stuff sounds more like Loma Prieta, which is cool!
I agree. They never really had their own 'sound' when they were heavy and grindy... it just sounded samey. This is at least an interesting diversion from that... and much more listenable.

It's been so long since they've released a record too.

Yeah, on the split with Neil Perry they were pretty grindy. I ****ing love that split, btw. Lots of classic songs on it.

Loma Prieta is madd good. I like their stuff on Last City wayy better than the old ep. I couldnt really get into the vocals... I mean it sounded like a bunch of school boys on a rollercoaster gurgling cum.

RetiredAt21 03-23-2009 10:23 PM

loooooooooooooool

MMMBop 03-23-2009 10:23 PM

Arm Your Fists is so good. other than that their grindy stuff (dare I say, EMO VIOLENCE!y stuff) is kickarse. but I will have to listen to this new album as well, I guess.
