Eavesdropping? How the hell do you go to jail for eavesdropping?

Well, the whole thing was videotaped by my friend. The police were genuine assholes, yelling and cursing at 2 of my other friends and standing around looking through their law books to see what they can get charged for since flag burning is legal. For my cameraman friend, after being put in handcuffs and taken to jail without even knowing what he's in jail for, they could only charge him with eavesdropping since his camera contained video&audio and filmed the entire 1 hour scene. Which happens to be a Class 4 felony.

Broken Social Scene/Feist/J Mascis in 2 weeeeks

I'm starting a job on monday. I'm delivering food for a local pizza place. It's good because it's easy, and I'll be able to listen to music in the car.

Bummer. I just got laid-off, it sucked.

On another note, I just saw Sonic Youth last night and it kicked a[COLOR="White"]s[/COLOR]s. Mark Ibold played bass with them, it was far out.

What was the set like I'm seeing them on the 29th and I'm hoping they will just play [I]Daydream Nation[/I] Fat chance :(
I applied at the Good Food Store which is an organic produce place and at Finn and Porters which is a very fancy resturant. Should be interesting.

Their set was pretty much just songs off of their new record. I'd never heard it until that night but it was still a great show, I liked the songs alot and the sound was good. The only old songs they played that I recognized were Eric's Trip and Brother James.

They're on Letterman right now. Thurston Moore looks so cool when he goes crazy on his guitar.

I received my CPR license today, so only 1 more week of lifeguard training left. Thank God

Tonight I went to a massive hick party, but I scored enough free beer to make me feel more than okay, so I guess it turned into a good night after all.

if you actually think about it, having a lifeguard who's 16 years old is ****ed up.

When I was 10, there was a lifeguard named Laura that worked at the nearest public pool. My God, she was beautiful. I had the biggest crush on her and for a really long time, too. I remember one time some kid was chasing me around the pool and she pulled me next to her and said, "Hey, stay away from my friend."

I wanted to kiss her. :(
