omg gelato is so good there...all home-made...god i love being italian...

EDIT: I definitely ate some pistachio gelato in Italy...it was sweet...

Combat, did you go to Venice? That's the most beautiful place i have ever been to. Also what was the company that did your tour?
I fell in LOVE with gelato, as did our entire group. The last day, when everyone needed to use up their cash, we just bought gelato like nothing else, it was insane. Favorite Gelato flavor: Fragola, it's heaven

Nah, we didn't make it to Venice, we stayed in Florence and Rome. The company was EF tours, they did such a great job with us. The kind of un-americanized the tour for us, so we got more exposure to Italian culture, it was great. Our guide, man, she was incredible, I can't even explain it. She connected so well with the group, she was crying a bit when we said goodbye to her. Everyone already misses her.

Panopticon 02-05-2006 12:18 PM

ahh thats good...we had an awesome tour guide too...she was quite sexy as well:thumb: ...but that was only for one part of the tour...our full-time guide was great as well...one of the guys in the tour (really funny guy) got her lingerie as an inside joke...

There were bill boards of this store everywhere and he asked her what it was and she said "its a lingerie store" and they were talking about it the whole tour...so at the end he got her a pair of underwear it was funny.

Best part of the tour was me bringing my RHCP drum book with me:D, i was playing on my legs the whole three weeks...(one week tour, two weeks of visiting family)

DuckinFutch8 02-05-2006 12:20 PM

CW: so she was hot you mean?

That's awesome, what tour company did you go with? And what did you all see when you were there?

Corkofski 02-05-2006 12:45 PM

grr...
what is fragola?
i forgot!!

i went venice last summer, it was awesome!

derryk 02-05-2006 01:02 PM

I never go anywhere during summer..

I did go to my friends and watched Saw though. Good movie. It wasn't REALLY scary. The worst part is where Adam hears the guy in his apartment and looks for the guy with the flash of his camera, then he opens the closet and takes a picture, and the SAw guy is right there and jumps on him..

Der Meister 02-05-2006 01:41 PM

People need to stop getting name changes, I feel out of the loop now.

We were with Globus.

We saw Rome, Florence, Venice, and a bunch of stuff in between...we saw everytihng imaginable in all those places.

We even stopped and say Juliet's balcony...

haha...theres a statue there of juliet naked and one of her boobs is polished. If you touch that boob and make a wish, it'll come true:smash:

I really hope my guitar teacher doesn't leave until after August 20.
I don't want to get stuck buying a cheap $100 nylon string guitar.

crazyguy832 02-05-2006 02:01 PM

Are you talking about me, Hope?

If you are... yes... yes, I am.

Tyr 02-05-2006 02:08 PM

Cashback!

Anyway, i have come to you to ask a question. I have been drumming for five years now, and breaking skins has never been a problem, until i recently took up drumming in a thrash metal band, and i've broken two snare skins in under 3 weeks. Do Remo or Evans do any stronger heads that i could use?

Thanks in advance.

Panopticon 02-05-2006 02:29 PM

get an Evans Power Center...great head for sure...
