You're asking the wrong d00d.
Call Tryxx at work, discuss basses and video games. Or you could flush toilets when he picks up like I did, that one time several months ago. Can I just say something I've been meaning to get off my chest? I love Germany. |
What is it?
|
ahha douche post, funniest **** ever. The whole deutch land thing is hilarious.

It was a CD I bought off of Amazon, the seller said he lived in CA. It got here today (on time surprisingly) but from Germany. Haha.

Anyone need pedals, pups, driftwood basses for conversation pieces?
I should make a N64 video for my burner. |
Hello everyone, just finished watching garden state, the best movie ever.

"Eyes To The Stars" New song. It's a bit off in some spots because I seem to lack the coordination to use my looper tonight.
That's nice. The only suggestion I have to give is that the distortion doesn't really fit in with the rest of the song in my mind. What do you use to record? |

<sensitive indie kid> Well the soundtrack was good before everyone else found out about it </sik> |

I love that movie. lowsound |

What do you use to record?
It sounds a lot better not-recorded. srsly. I record with my bass into my ME-50B into my RC-50 into my laptop, which is running Adobe Audition 1.5. I wasn't sure what aspect of 'what' you were asking, so I covered all grounds. |

I agree, ace soundtrack. lowsound |
LMAO, my rendition of the N64 video is so awesome.

I didn't even think the soundtrack was good. Shoot. lowsound, the film was good the first time through, but, viewing it anytime after that, I just found it flat out boring. |
I am uploading the director's cut right now.
I think I have only heard the soundtrack once, and I don't remember my impression. But I was hitching a ride from someone and everyone in the car thought it was the best thing since sliced bread. |

No, but my friend and his roomie swear it's the greatest movie ever made.
Without further adieu, tonight's feature presentation: Fat Kid Theatre Presents... Nintendo 64 (an adaptation). http://s19.photobucket.com/albums/b178/bigbadbradrankin/?action=view¤t=MVI_1247.flv |

Hmm, so out of a book of 50 bebop heads, I managed to pick a song with a melody in the 14th position. This is not working out too well.

Anyone ever see "thank you for smoking"? lowsound
I saw Thank You For Smoking and I absolutely loved it. To each their own with films, though. I just didn't think much of Garden State, and I don't like Zack Braff much. I don't even know if I spelt his name correctly. |

lowsound
Yeah, it was a rather well done film. I was laughing the entire time. Zack Braff wasn't too bad in "Scrubs," which I think he was in, if I remember correctly. |
Great movie. Is this real or some joke? http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/0.999 |
I know, I thought it would be funny... but it really wasn't.
I'll refund your admission if you torture me, Gibson style. |
Great movie.
Is this real or some joke? http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/0.999
I say that it is BS, that means that .49... really equals .5 which could equal .51 and so on. lowsound |
They're talking about 0.9 that is an never ending sequence.
If it was just plainly 0.9 then it would equal 0.9 But once the infinite sequence comes to play, its proven to be 1 |

If it was just plainly 0.9 then it would equal 0.9 But once the infinite sequence comes to play, its proven to be 1
The problem I have with it that while .333... is infinitely close to 1/3, it while never actually reach 1/3. So I mean .999... may equal 1 for all practical purposes, it technically wouldn't, right? |
Great movie.
Is this real or some joke? http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/0.999
I just did a quick read through that, and I understand how it is stating that 0.999... is equal to one. With the fractions, 1/3 is equal to 0.333..., and 2/3 is equal to 0.666..., so the next in the serious would be 0.999... otherwise known "1" because 3/3 is equal to one. I didn't read the entire thing extensively, though. |

What plu said is quite the idea they're saying.
If 1/3 = 0.333... then 3/3 = 0.999... and 3/3 = 1 therefore 1 = 0.999... |

I like things to be quantifiable, and that falls apart when you get into infinity. |
