I was just outside doing some hardcore trudging. First I went to the sled hill on my property, and tried to sled with a folded-up lawn chair, cause we have no sleds. It doesn't work, take my word for it. Or don't; try it for yourself. After that failure, I went through thigh-deep snow in the woods around my 'hood. I went to the sanddunes, and it was gusty and cool. It's amazing how dead my neighborhood gets in the winter. Everyone was either out shopping or inside probably watching television.

But I'm a hardcore trudgist.

BEST.WAY.EVER. to trudge is to use a piece of carton.
but it only works if you do it on a spot that has been used several times before by other trudgists.

Yeah I'm majoring in English/Communications and I can write and all, but I'm not sure that I'm willing to do it for a really long time.

In other words, I don't think I would want to support myself on writing alone.
