I actually really like it now. Back in the day, I didn't so much. I think of it in a different way than their other records though. Its not as good as Project Mersh was however.

Bukowski 03-20-2008 03:05 PM

I haven't listened to it for about a year, I'll give it another shot soon.

Low - "Embrace"

Just this song, it has got to be the saddest thing I have ever heard. I want to just lie in my bed and contemplate my life whenever I hear it..it's impossible for me to have it on as background music because it engrosses me like very few other songs can do. Low are masters at crafting minimal, melancholy songs such as this.

Liebensaft 03-20-2008 03:18 PM
oh nice

vegan?
veggie. That stuff is delicious, regardless of dietary preference. Especially soymilk, I really don't use regular milk anymore, just cheese.

and the new Mount Eerie is good....like everyone else already expressed.

Anxious 03-20-2008 04:17 PM

The Durutti Column- Lips That Would Kiss

This makes me want to become an hero

asdf 03-20-2008 04:44 PM

Cheer-Accident - Dumb Ask

A Dead Modernist 03-20-2008 04:47 PM

*Shels - Sea Of The Dying Dhow

pixiesfanyo 03-20-2008 04:48 PM

Masaki Batoh - Collected Works 1995 - 1996
Don Caballero - American Don
Kidcrash - Jokes

The Masaki record is alot better than I expected, really wonderful mix of sounds and a great minimal version of Ghost almost.

just look for something huge that should leak soon, and then jump on that right as it does, even if you have no interest in it and ride the ratio bump.

i did that with new thrice, coheed and cambria, and say anything when they all leaked within a 3-day period or whatever back on oink and then i had an awesome ratio, and then the site got shut down :(

Apocalyptic Raids 03-20-2008 10:16 PM

my waffles ratio is like 13, but that's because when I joined they were giving people 5gb of upload credit. If it weren't for that it would probaly be like .5 or so.
which album is it on
Things We Lost in the Fire

god I wish I caught them when they came through here playing that album for Don't Look Back. oh well.

do i just type a band name in the blank box?

Anxious 03-21-2008 01:14 AM

You can, but the point is the page updates periodically so the leaks are usually there quick if you check it often.

Iscariot 03-21-2008 01:15 AM

oh ok gotcha

thanks

Anxious 03-21-2008 01:29 AM
