I meant songs that I can sing and play guitar simultaneously. Thus meaning I play guitar while I'm singing. Seek and Destroy and FWTBT are pretty much a given but I wanted to try something a little out of the "most famous songs" box that I could still sing along to while I'm playing. I have some sort of co-ordination problem when it comes to that stuff and was wondering about some other songs that are kinda easy that most ppl 'cept hardcore fans wouldn't cover.

If your having problems with it, practice more.

That's all I ever do anymore is practice. It's killin' me 'cuz I can sing alright but when I'm trying to play guitar I start to forget words or my voice gets real low (volume) or I don't sing the correct pitch whereas when I'm singing great, I'll start hitting wrong notes or rhythms on my guitar. The only song I've ever been able to do pretty accurate is FWTBT, but I don't want that to be the only song that I'm good at.

How about covering ride the lightning? I think that is pretty okish for rhythm.

So practice. Resorting to something easier doesn't make you another player, it just makes your situation worse.

Like I said before, I asked the U.S. bank of DAD (thus being my father) and he said not no but f**king hell no. He thinks that I'm wasting my money on useless crap that has no purpose. It's weird, he recognizes that I have a fair amount of musical talent but won't help it to grow. L-A-M-E.

I just found out that the guy obviously pulled out the bid so I couldn't even talk to him. :upset: Ah, f**k it. I know that one day I'll get that guitar. The wait will make it even sweeter when I do own a kh-202 custom (and the customization will be done by me too). When I do get this grant crap taken care of, I'll just get a nice line 6 spider II amp and with the leftover money I'll do some mods to my current guitar. I still have my ebay account so I'm kinda happy about that. :thumb:

Line 6 Spider II amp? good choice. I have it, love it. Get the 150 watt

I hate lock tuners. I like it if i stay in regular tuning but I don't.

So how's For Whom the Bell tolls coming? I just got all my equip from musiciansfriend so I'm good to go, I just need to hear the rhythm guitar parts.

Well, I kinda ****ed up my house, and where I usually have my drums etc. got kinda messy, and I won't be doing any recording for a few weeks until I can clean out my shed and move everything out there.

Also, I hurt my left wrist, I can't do the 032103210321023- riff at the moment, well I can, but not for as long or as fast.

Ok, yea I know what you mean. Well since you can't record I'll work on a solo and I'll send you guys whatever I think would make a good rhythm for it and I'll send the solo with the rhythm in a seperate file and then you guys can vote on all that stuff. We could probably get mod approval if you guys want to make a poll thread.
