Also, Im thinking of selling my set, and buying a cheaper one, then taking up snare drumming (Marching Snare) I find that over the last 3 months I have become much more interested in the set itself and mainly the snare drum. But its a big decision.

why not just keep the kit, put it away somewhere where you wont get tempted to play it, and just practice marching snare?

i've decided that when i move out, i'm going to sell my drums and just keep my marching snare, pads, sticks, and possibly bass pedal. i've almost completely convinced myself out of buying an e-kit.

Cause Im broke, also My kit is incomplete and I need Hi hats, before Anything, so Im tihnking sell that, buy say..... A ludwig accent. with Hihats, crash,and ride 9just like ZBTs lol) and a cheap double pedal, to run me around 1000 and spen the other money left over on a marching snare. I'm uncertain as to how much a marching snare cost though lol, hold on

EDIT. Also, Sic. Thats great news. I just found out that my principal (Neighbor also) Took a turn for the worst. He has had 3 brain surgerys and his last one was over about a month ago and he was doing fine, but over the weekend something just went wrong. So, After the weekend when (What might happen should happen by then) we will find out at school.

i've only ever had one person i know die in my entire life. ironically, she died the day before my birthday last year (technically, on my birthday if you count when they took the life support out) i've had so many close calls with people, though.

The only person i know that has died was my grandma who lived 2000 miles away. I only saw her twice, once that i remembered, so it wasn't that big of a deal. Still sad though.

Death is the one thing that I care about least in life (religious) I figure Death is only the period of time that you ahve to start waiting to see them. In my life My Brother has died,Grandmoth,Neighbor (Christmas time) Uncle (Last weekend),Great Grandmother,Friend (suicide),And A teacher. As you can see, I deal with it alot, and yet, I have no problems with it.

I've been getting so far behind in the stronghold lately.

Anyway on a more important note my band has an audition tonight for this battle of the bands and then we have a different battle of the bands tomorrow night, so this should be some fun couple of nights coming up.

The thoughts that go through their head.
The panic and the relentless pounding in their chest as they realise they're going to die. The moments where they retain no feeling, but they're still conscious. The thoughts about how things should have been, how they could have been better, and the reactions from their loved ones over their death??
I don't think people relax as their dying...
Maybe it's because I always imagine myself panicing when I'm in that situation...

My band has half of two songs down. I think they sound cool and are pretty catchy, very Rush-ish. We just need a way to end htem. ANd possiblt a solo riff.

i'm not afraid of dying, but it's something that i hope waits a while before it happens. so technically, i guess it would be correct to say that i'm afraid of dying right now, since there's so much more that i want to accomplish in my life. which i guess in turn makes me "afraid of dying". whoa. depends oh how you look at it.

Battle of the bands is a joke to me now. Maybe it is different where you live.

Actually, I plan on Killing myself (Not because I don't want to live lol) just after I find out what MY meaning of life is, I have gotten the definition of "the meaning of life" down to the fact that everyone has a different meaing in life and that there is no One reason. So after I find that out, I'll write it down in my notes (I keep notes on my life/reactions to certain tihng/how ppl react to certain things. such as death) But also, I want to stay and help ppl find their meaning, but then again ,I jsut can't wait for heaven lol. But ya, I will end up staying here and helping ppl but, its a nice thoguht to have for myself lol.

yes you are correct, because Killing yourself is like "Wuiting Gods Purpose" God wants you to live and help others, and when you kill yourself, you're taking yourself out of the game. But I have a much "Different" look at religion, a look that Im not even sure what it is lol. In my notes I mainly try to sort out what I beleive and make decisions/combine belifes to logical more rational belifes that I can trely belive for myeslf. But ya, Thats really the main reason why I couldn't kill myself. that and I couldn't hurt those who actually care for me.
