Of Malice and the Magnum Heart is awesome. Controller is great too but I kind of find that the vocals on it start to grate on me after a while. |

Yeah, Of Malice and the Magnum Heart is definitely my favourite album by them. |
ok just listened to The Arusha Accord, these guys are very interesting, on first listen i quite like them :)
I agree that they're interesting, I just have trouble getting into it. They change things up too much and it's hard to get in to any single thing that they're doing. That said, they're very similar to Protest The Hero, but weirder and with weaker writing in my opinion. Arusha just can't seem to come up with a cohesive product and their music ends up being confusing and disorienting. Protest The Hero switches it up a fair bit, but the final product still feels like a cohesive whole. Of Malice... is more emotional and raw while Controller is more technical (although still melodic). Mirrors is a good medium between the two, and I love all three records. They all offer something different and show a natural progression. The vocalist on Mirrors and Controller has more of a tech metal scream than the Of Malice... vocalist, and this definitely reflected in the music and lyrics. |
You could look like much bigger fags then The Arusha Accord.
Animosity look like fags, well Leo certainly does, and they're one of the best deathcore bands out there.
he appears to be facing the waste |
It's a fun game when checking out bands to note how many of the members look like normal people rather than retarded faggots.
"If I saw these guys eating at the red lobster, would I make fun of them?" The answer is almost always yes. |

Ive heard alot of great things about protest the hero, but never really got round to listening to them properly. |

Last two songs are from Kezia. They're a bit more conventional and accessible. The other tracks are from their new album, which took me a while to get used to. The tracks are really dense take a bit to grow on you. I remember saying to a buddy of mine that each song on the new album is almost like an album in and of itself. Kezia is more fun while Fortress is more interesting. both are great, though. |
k thx m8 ill check them out soon ;)
|
You might also like The Human Abstract. They're like Protest the Hero mixed with early Avenged Sevenfold.
I'm not a huge fan, but my friend loves them. |
k thx for the heads up :)
|
THA are terrible
|
They do a few neat things, but are similar to Ashura in that they can't manage to get a good cohesive whole going for them.
|
The Arusha Accord are awesome though. i think theyre pretty cohesive

i'm partial to mirrors and controller personally because of the fuller guitar tones. |
