and i wouldn't say they don't know what they're talking about completely. Everybody has an addiction of some form whether they realize it or not. Yes, physical withdrawal does make an addiction so much harder to break, but it's still addiction regardless.

eh, i've tried seriously going cold turkey probably at least 6 or 7 times before and i just can't do it. I mean i usually make it mostly past the physical part about 10 or so days clean and then my mind just starts going nuts with cravings

honestly i don't know how i'm gonna handle it when i even come of the subs

edit: gotta take my puppy out and smoke maybe brb

i have a few times in the past it's okay but i can't handle trippin out. Hell I can't even handle weed any more.

And aakon i was going to group sessions since i started the suboxone idk it didn't help me a whole lot

the first time i did it i just about through up from nausea, but i dont get like that anymore. 'bout to bust a fat rail now

with K you can usually chill yourself out by focusing on something or closing an eye. I don't even feel high if I do that

yeah i mean i've never freaked out on it or anything but I'm always very nervous about it beforehand to the point that it's really not worth.
