Victory hasn't even promoted them at all though.

With Honor has played some questionable shows (Bamboozled), my guess due to Victory.

They won't actually promote the new album until they're done writing and recording it.

Yeah, Probably in like 5-10 minutes. I just minimize WMP and the screen is a little box in the corner which overlap all my windows so I can watch and post at the same time.

When you go over the only bad thing that happens is that they will cap it for the next month to something smaller.
