as someoe who struggles for 5 hours of sleep a night, thats the best way to improve it. meds are not the best route unless theyre the absolute last resort.

Yeah, lately I haven't been getting a lot of sleep either. I tend to fall asleep at around 4 or 5 am and then I have to wake up at 7 or 8 am. And then after like 4 days of this, I wake up one morning and find that I overslept and missed the first 4 hours of school.

I generally retire to my CASTLE OF WOMAN DOMINATION about 12:30/1:00am, and am up at 5:30 each morning. Saturday I'll sleep in till 8:00am.

Some might find that it gets repetitive with the constant characterization of the desolate landscape, but I think that is needed.

meh its only 300 pages so it cant get too repetitive. ill probably start it tomorrow.

I have to read three books in German for school. My German isn't bad but I'm not fluent so I find extensive reading in German pretty tiring.

Anyway, one of the books I'm going to read is Goethe's [i]Die Leiden Des Jungen Werther[/i]. Apparently that book was cause for a wave of suicides.

Goethe was a genius. Read[I] Faust[/I]. Its metal as hell.

I'm thinking about doing German spring quarter but I'm pretty sure my German is incredibly rusty and I'd probably place into a first year class Dx

I was thinking of retaking French, since I haven't had any practice since Highschool, but I don't know.

I'm debating about a new language to do, maybe Norwegian or Swedish, or something practical, but fu[B]c[/B]k that.
