im not doing it to get high or anything, i actually want to sleep, haha.
breathing exercises

meditation (seriously works)

changing up your physical/mental activity through the day

and last but not least, nightcaps!

as someoe who struggles for 5 hours of sleep a night, thats the best way to improve it. meds are not the best route unless theyre the absolute last resort.

McP3000 11-25-2009 04:11 PM

ugh the desert

Aaron 11-25-2009 04:36 PM

5 hours is more than enough sleep a night.

AA-12 11-25-2009 04:37 PM

its not enough when its a rare event :(

BLASPHEMYOGAPHER 11-25-2009 04:37 PM

you're such a controversial

Morumbar 11-25-2009 04:38 PM

Yeah, lately I haven't been getting a lot of sleep either. I tend to fall asleep at around 4 or 5 am and then I have to wake up at 7 or 8 am. And then after like 4 days of this, I wake up one morning and find that I overslept and missed the first 4 hours of school.

AA-12 11-25-2009 04:38 PM

austain did you ever dl wow

Aaron 11-25-2009 04:39 PM

I generally retire to my CASTLE OF WOMAN DOMINATION about 12:30/1:00am, and am up at 5:30 each morning. Saturday I'll sleep in till 8:00am.
hey guys is The Road worth reading
Absolutely.

Some might find that it gets repetitive with the constant characterization of the desolate landscape, but I think that is needed.

AA-12 11-25-2009 04:57 PM

meh its only 300 pages so it cant get too repetitive. ill probably start it tomorrow.

Morumbar 11-25-2009 05:01 PM

I have to read three books in German for school. My German isn't bad but I'm not fluent so I find extensive reading in German pretty tiring.

Anyway, one of the books I'm going to read is Goethe's Die Leiden Des Jungen Werther. Apparently that book was cause for a wave of suicides.

Goethe was a genius. Read Faust. Its metal as hell.

Carl Sagan 11-25-2009 05:02 PM

i read the road in a day

was mad into it

Angmar 11-25-2009 05:02 PM

I'm thinking about doing German spring quarter but I'm pretty sure my German is incredibly rusty and I'd probably place into a first year class Dx

FatalEnergy 11-25-2009 05:04 PM

I was thinking of retaking French, since I haven't had any practice since Highschool, but I don't know.

Angmar 11-25-2009 05:05 PM

I'm debating about a new language to do, maybe Norwegian or Swedish, or something practical, but fuck that.

TimJim 11-25-2009 05:05 PM

Angmar 11-25-2009 05:16 PM
I was thinking of retaking French, since I haven't had any practice since Highschool, but I don't know.
Anyway, I'm going to read and after that, see if I can get some sleep.

RetiredAt21 11-25-2009 05:17 PM

Carl Sagan 11-25-2009 05:17 PM
