still talking about the new CTTS is in fact the gayest thing you can do |
god i have never heard of "a day to remember" but i'm listening on itunes

i was listening to full collapse last night, that album still rules. I think "Standing On The Edge Of Summer" might actually be the best track on the album.
|
here in this collapsed lung of a borough there is no sunlight the sunlight is manufactured in a windowless room
|
also i dont care how lame it is, i will always think the chariot's first album is sick
|
here in this collapsed lung of a borough there is no sunlight the sunlight is manufactured in a windowless room
yeah i remember thinking that line was so deep but now it just sounds corny |
its kind of hard to think anything rickley writes isnt corny to me
but that song is still the best. too bad the new album was balls |
also i dont care how lame it is, i will always think the chariot's first album is sick
you obviously do, otherwise you'd just say the chariot's first album is sick regardless, yeah, their demos are really good too |
i need new glassjaw
*smacks arm* |
i'm not really into the chariot at all, but that one newish norma jean song is pretty good.
Robots 3 humans 0. I mean I'm not really into the whole metalcore style but it has such a catchy chorus. Anyone digging the new Fear Before? Jabberwocky and a few other songs are pretty legit/
the new fear before is a ****ing joke |
dudes how punk is this, for one of my classes I have to go see this presentation on Africa featuring John Prendergast who is this expert on Africa and Good Charlotte's Joel and Benji Madden, i cant wait
|
Since when are Joel and Benji Madden qualified to talk about Africa?
Full Collapse is sugh a tight album. I've been reading "White Like Me" by Tim Wise. Great book, really explains the effects of white privilege better than anything else I've ever read. I feel like sometimes there are people that just totally understand a topic better than anyone else ever has, and Tim Wise is that guy for racism and privilege. I'm still looking for "Understanding Power" by Chomsky, but there's rarely a wide selection of Chomsky in bookstores that I've seen, and "Lockdown America" by Christian Parenti is even more difficult to find. |
I'm reading post-america or w/e its called by Fareed Zakaria. Its a great reed, pick it up.
|
UPDATE:
Benji and Joel said they are "working on their fifth album." Sputniknews that **** http://bosscocked.com/ |
Full Collapse is sugh a tight album.
truth, also, re-re-re-re-re-re-re-reading the silmarillion and **** fear before, jabberwocky by aftershock is far superior |
silmarillion is the best book
|
Out of anything by Tolkien I'd say I like the Children Of Hurin the most. Such a good book. And the older variations are elite too.
|
Children of Hurin added some stuff I really like to the lore but it wasn't that great of a read
I love that it set up Turin as such an important person in the end of days though |
silmarillion is the best book
im so glad im not the only one here who has read that :')
|
