low level owls and mare vitalis are my favorites. it switches between the two. sometime low level owl is just too long for me but there are so many awesome songs on it. mare vitalis rules, i think the song is called like fisherman of the sky or something but that song rules.

haven't listened to either of them in a while but i have a low level owl 3xlp in the mail

low level's have good tracks but there's so much filler, two conversations is good, as is mare vitalis, but that generic midwest sound just can't really hold a candle to Peregrine. Peregrine is like the low level owl sound perfected. The electronic influences, the stellar production, everything is perfect.

I need download some appleseed cast, I dont think Ive ever heard them.

But recently Ive been bumping The Mars Volta, 7 Seconds, and Portraits of Past.

Honestly, the electronic additions to Peregrine add a cheesy sound if you ask me. Some of it doesn't sound like I'm listening to an Appleseed Cast album.

Really? I was really turned off by "Mountain Halo" at first but I think it sounds like something that would fit it perfectly with Mark Mothersbaugh's Life Aquatic soundtrack. I mean, it's not really that different than say, "Bird Of Paradise."
