I just go to my User CP, make a tab for each thread I've posted in, and close em as I finish reading them. Soo much faster.

I open each thread I want to read in a new tab. Do that forum by forum.

Tabs are basically little tabs which you can open numerous pages in, but keep it all organized in your one window.
