Today in my Minority Images in Amer Film class, we had to write a four-page essay on the growth of the role of black characters in movies and turn it in by the end of class for a test grade, for no reason at all. The professor of that class went down a lot today in my book.

I get out on May 20th I think. That week will own: May 17th is my 18th birthday, on the 18th we're going to Cedar Point, the 20th is last day of school for seniors.

It has far different connotations here. It was used as a derisive term for so long here it's impossible to ever use it if you're white, and honestly I don't understand why we use it.
