i like in flames because their singer almost has a clean voice imo but do they solo at all, i know melodic most of the time means slow but it would also be good if there was a technical side as well..and are nevermore technical as well?
I strongly suggest you check out nevermore - enemies of reality :thumb: |
i could still use some suggestions for some acoustic hard rock songs. somewhere along the lines of Atomship - Withered, Incubus's acoustic ****, Breaking Benjamin's acoustic ****...just hard rock acoustic...help me out here

You could maybe check out Alice In Chains' acoustic EP (Jar of Flies?), and maybe Jane's Addiction in general.
|
in flame's work does contain solos but i dont know if you could call it solos though, its really brief...

What CD should I get next, Trivium (Ascendensy), All That Remains (The Darkened Heart), or Nightwish (Once)?
|
I've been getting into Stoner doom. I have Electric Wizard's Dopethrone (love it) and Sleep's Dopesmoker (love it, but not as much as Dopethrone). I need more.
What is there?
What CD should I get next, Trivium (Ascendensy), All That Remains (The Darkened Heart), or Nightwish (Once)?
I want to jump up and say Nightwish, but I'm bias because I don't care for the other two. What do you like? |

Can anyone recommend me a band that sounds like The Darkest Nights from As I Lay Dying?
I kinda like hardcore, but I like the pattern of 70% screaming and 30% singing melodicaly. Thank you. |
I need some dance/rock bands that sound like VHS or Beta if possible??
Thanks
I don't know of those bands, but I do know this: Fatboy Slim: Fatboy Slim (Norman Cook) samples classic tunes, ranging from 60's soul, to 80's rock, and adds an electronic element to it. He's great. I would recomend: You've Come A Long Way Baby. :) |
