Oh my god, that is the worst band ever.

They're from the next town over and I've had to deal with them forever.

Worst live performance, worst vocals, worst fans, worst image, worst music. The only thing they have going for them is that they're nice guys.

Btw, I'm wanting to start a small website and forum to talk about local music and try to let more people know about shows. The shows around here aren't advertised well, so we get small crowds. I only know some basic HTML, and I'm sure I can get the site part down. But I am wanting to use [url]http://www.phpbb.com/[/url] . Does anyone know if this forum program is hard to use for someone who is only average with computers?

I have a friend who said he could do it all, but he has been veru busy lately with his own sites, so I am wanting to learn this on my own.

Yeah, it's pretty simple. As long as you know the terminology, you're good, and I picked up on the terminology just by being on MX.

I just got back from giving blood.

in my old village and the villages around it there where lots of amature hardcore bands so i grow up a lot with it..going to all the shows and stuff. It was always great fun (once saw GooD Clean Fun) lot really local but ok.
But after i moved i never found an local hardcore punky scene over here and my taste was allready switching to metal..nowadays i listen to metal most of the time :)
i still have 2 mp3 files on my pc from local bands..
One band (Repulse) i don't really know the bandmembers of but i've seen them live a lot..
The other one was a band formed by guys i was hanging up with and the drummer was a pretty good friend/classmate of me..
He was just about 14 that time i think and the band skills are pretty poor..but i'm gonna share it with you guys anyway cause i just have a special thing with this songs :P

I'm getting a completely new guitar set up very shortly and I know very little about gear. I'm going to be using it for a melodic hardcore/punk type band. Suggestions? I like Gibsons and Ibanezes.

Play 50 Gibson Les Paul Studios (Or anything higher in the range) and one of them will be the nicest guitar youll ever touch. Gibsons are totally inconsistent though, so never buy one on order or anything. Im faster with mine than i am with any ibanez ive played, and still has a open raw sound unlike ibanez's with their flat nu metal burps.

SGs are for kids who dont ride the mutated posture train.

How high dyou wear your guitar dude?

If you play a really good SG you'll be hooked. They are hard to find though.

I like my guitar high, but for the sake if not looking like a jackass I wear it I guess normal height. High enough for a belt buckle to scratch the back.
