What should I check out if I've never heard them? They've gotta be good. They sold out a show here ridiculously fast.

Phil 02-28-2008 07:16 PM

Shpongle- Tales of the inexpressible

Really good. I should buy some more trance sometime, even though this doesn't seem very trancey.

Burial - s/t

This is more and more impressive every time. I love the atmosphere it creates, that urban, hazy vibe that is present in my imagination when I listen. I dig his voice as well. I've heard this about 7 times now, and while it was pretty poor the first time, it's got steadily better and better, and I really like it at the moment. Great for listening to on the train to college.

Eliminator 02-28-2008 08:47 PM

yeah s/t is the best burial album

i dont think thats his voice though

Bukowski 02-28-2008 08:48 PM

whatever voices are on it, I like.

i've not heard Untrue yet, but I just finished downloading it. Not as good?

Eliminator 02-28-2008 08:57 PM

it's not as good but it's still amazing
