new day rising is waaaaaaay better
i agree. even Flip Your Wig, while not as "important" as Zen Arcade, seems to have better songs. i think the more songs Bob let Grant put on an album, the better the album got. Grant's better at writing the catchy songs, and that's the direction they were moving in. so it all comes together!

Equus 02-24-2008 01:19 PM

half of Zen Arcade consists of poorly executed 'experiments'. the rest is good though

New Day Rising only has one horrible song. everyone knows what it is

YDload 02-24-2008 01:37 PM
i'm tellin u guys, if you like Polvo check out Exploded Drawing. i listened to some samples of TAL and i dont hear any lyrics. is that album instrumental? cause ED isnt
Nah there's vocals on TAL as well.

All Polvo albums rule, although I'm not as keen on Shapes as the rest. MarkPrindle has some nice writingz about them, check it if you are a fan of him as you and me and everyone else should be.

Gospel - The Moon is a Dead World

The drummer is phenomenal. This is what I aspire to be like on drums, some intricate mix of this guy, Brian Chippendale and George Hurley.
