This includes birds flying into your stopped car and squirrels falling from trees straight in front of your car. If this isn't good enough for you, BY state law... the instructor has to inform the police and you will be fined. If say you hit a dog then you pay for the Vet bills or forever how much you bought the dog for. If you hit a wild animal, a wild animal is considered destruction of county/state property. Your insurance goes up when you get your license, you are fined for the animals death/injuries, and you the driver instructor is laughing at you on the inside.
