But all my friends think Power Metal is silly :( That and Bo is into oldskool punk at the moment (Buzzcocks, Stiff Little Fingers, Ramones etc...)

Ok Brew.

First one, rawk on. Boring after the first 10 secs, but that your guitarists fault.

Second one sounds like you're passing wind every few seconds. And the guitarist has a great tone in parts, and a terrible one in other parts. Plus your voice is sex-ay when you say 'that ones about 6:15'.
And you can tell who wears the trousers in that song, bass hurt my ears after turning up

B) Get into the recording studio at school as soon as possible when we go back

Go for the school option, get a cleaner job and sneak in after people have gone home. Like i should have.

I was given a soundcard the other day (all I had was onboard sound chip before *shudders*), so I can record through either a webcam, or a £12 mic.

Ill worry about decent stuff once I get something down.

We've been using Reason to create dance/techno/trance/drum n bass uh..ch00ns, but I'm yet to figure out how to get them from there to cd. We tried using Pro Tools the other day but I couldn't remember how to work it :(

Being an A2 level Music Tech student means I get some form of priority in the studio (I think, and hope)

At the site I've been working there is a CO/OP right over the shop, so it's more convinient to go to than whatever else, it is really over-priced though unfortunately.
