Wow, the Maiden authority is a young lot. Isn't anyone at least old enough to be from the Di'Anno years? How about just Clive Burr then?

I don't really care about your age, I just wish I wasn't the oldest one here, and I'm still technically a teenager! |
lol
we still don't know how old Ash is |
You guys were right, it was Tailgunner. Now can someone tell me how to give rep points so I can give all Maideners points.
|
you have to click the box with a tick and an X in it, under the person's join date and post count
|
Hey what is Running Free about???
Is it just a song of a teen reject/outsider or someone in the band or somone they knew??? I realy love that song :) |

|
I'm not sure what it is about.
And I am 18. So I am about Somewhere in Time's age. |
I don't really care about your age, I just wish I wasn't the oldest one here, and I'm still technically a teenager!
|
yeh. whats the actual story behind that though?
|
I'm not sure what it is about.
And I am 18. So I am about Somewhere in Time's age.
I'm also 18. I think I was born about 2 months after the release of SIT. I was born on the 19th August 1986. When's your Birthday Riva? |
I GOT POWERSLAVE BACK. I'm gonna go listen to it for hours upon hours like the good old days.

i just dont ever lend maiden out unless ive made a compilation cd of my own to use to convert the heathen. powerslave is also probably one of the best maiden albums, if you can say that some are better than others |
Shameful, you should have all the Maiden albums....
It's a good album, it's got greats like Losfer Words (Big 'Orra), Rime of the Ancient Mariner, Aces High, and loads of other great one :thumb:
i dont have them all yet, ive got five proper ones and some pirates, cant afford them all genuine and i dont have enough space for all 23 (inc. live albums) |
powerslave rules
its not just the four famous songs from it that make it that good it's the really underrated ones like the duellists and flash of the blade (incredible opening riff) that do it! |

*ripping maiden songs for my mp3 player*
|
I only completed my Studio album collection in August, when I finally got X-Factor. But I did have all the others for over a year...
|

getting real live/dead one, live at donny and best of the b sides for christmas already have real/live dead one on minidisk though and also josh what songs are you putting on it? for french tomorrow... |
I think everyone should state their Maiden media collection:
CD's: Iron Maiden (copy) Killers The Number Of The Beast (scratched, doesn't work :upset: am gonna replace soon) Piece Of Mind Powerslave Seventh Son No Prayer For The Dying Fear Of The Dark X-Factor Brave New World (copy) Dance Of Death Live After Death Live At Donnington Best Of The Beast Edward The Great (copy) Videos: Iron Maiden behind the Iron Curtain Live After Death Maiden England 12 Wasted Years DVDs: The Number Of The Beast (Documentary) Rock In Rio Visions Of The Beast |
all studio albums real copies
live after death edward the great minidisk of real/live dead one the early days and r.i.r dvd's no vids... you havent got somewhere in time? *shock** listening to "the aftermath" the bit where blaze goes "i'm just a soldier" then it launches into a huge solo liking it! |
i don't have somewhere in time because of this:
i wanted something to look forward too after buying both the blaze albums (last maiden thing i got was x-factor) |
x- factor is good
I actually prefer the blaze sign of the cross to the bruce one as it was written for his voice **another shock** |
actually, i disagree wtih most people, who believe blaze does afraid to shoot strangers better. |
ah, ok my list:
CD's: Iron Maiden Killers The Number Of The Beast Piece Of Mind Powerslave Live after death Somewhere in time Seventh Son of a seventh son No Prayer For The Dying Fear Of The Dark Live at donnington a real live/dead one The X-Factor Virtual XI Brave New World Edward The Great Eddies archive(beast over hammersmith, BBC archives and Best of the B-sides) Dance of death Videos: Live After Death Maiden England(i used to, i cant find the casette anymore) The 10 First years DVDs: Raising Hell Rock In Rio Legacy of the beast Visions Of The Beast Early Days prt.1 |

|
