didn't Megadeth inspire metallica?
not exactly,Dave Mustain,James Hetfeild,Cliff Burton,Lars Ulrich, were all original members of Metallica.Started by James and Lars. Then Dave went out to start Megadeth. |
There is a movie out, called "Cliff em all",,you should be able to find a copy of it somewheres, sorry dont know where.I do have it .This is all early Metallica, theres even an interview with all of them.Lots of Metallica history there.great vid for any fan.Helps fill in alot of info.

hey guys yesterday i bought guitar world and they talked about some kind of monster(the documental about metallica that's gonna be in theaters soon)
and it seems cool i wanna see it, they said there's part that has dave mustaine and lars talking face to face and that mustaine gets emotional and **** and he says something like "everything u guys do turns into gold and everything we do turns into ****" or something like that kinda sad |
Now could people suggest the best albums of Megadeth, Slayer, Pantera, Xentrix, Misfits, etc cuz i cant buy em all :thumb:
Slayer - Reign in Blood.
Megadeth - Rust in Peace |
megadeth-
my favorite is countdown to extinction(kinda like the black album and ajfa) peace sells- is good too rust in peace- pretty good too very thrashy youthanasia- more like load and reload i'd say |
the best metallica album is "kill em all" probly my favrote CD of all times master of puppets is good too songs like "batery" and "almoast heros"

has someone here realised that the drums in the bridge of sanitarium and in the verse of master of puppets are the same?
Similar, but not exactly the same (I think)
Never noticed.
Same in the way that theyre tom rolls ?
Similar, but not exactly the same (I think)
yes but the difference is very small |
I can't find a tab for Sanitarium :(

 http://www.mxtabs.net/tab_versions.php?path=Guitar,m,799,Metallica,Sanitarium,111445
*sigh* I meant for drums, so I could check if what you said was true.
I can't find a tab for Sanitarium :(
you said a tab. not a DRUM tab |

Nor did I say guitar tab. And taken in context and given how easy it was for you to find it on Mx, you could have worked out I meant drums.
