I haven't heard them. What are they like?

I don't listen to much power metal aside from Nightwish or Blind Guardian, so I have little basis for comparison...they're not very much like either of them. They're really good though. They have a good singer, nice vibrato, powerful but doesn't bellow. Their main creative force is the lead-guitarist/keyboardist, and the music is, dare I say it, very catchy. There's a great pop sense to this power metal band, I think. Good guitar solos (would one expect anything less? :) ) and gigantic, sing-along choruses are these guys' specialities.

I just ripped a bunch of my dad's Jeff Beck and Frank Zappa cds because I felt I needed some more instrumental/virtuosity in my life. Really amazing guys. Now I have Freeway Jam on.
