to get an A in Norway you'd need at least 95%, afaik. we have six different grades (A-F) though, not just four.

we have 12 grades at Carleton
A+ is 90 to 100
A is 85 to 89
A- is 80 to 84
etc

It's pretty fucking impossible to get above 80 in law. Most I've gotten is 71 on coursework.

My housemate graduated with a high 2.1 from the law school. He was pretty happy about it.
