SlappedByTheClash 03-04-2005 06:01 PM

I hear all this crap about the "JmE Incident" but since I have no idea what happened with that, could someone fill me in?

Let's Chop Cats! 03-04-2005 06:03 PM

Someone 'got into' JmE's account when he was a supermod and went on a deleting spree.

chips88 03-04-2005 06:07 PM

So are the mods going to be repping more often from now on? Or else what is the point, because I know I've only been repped by a mod like 4 times.

SlappedByTheClash 03-04-2005 06:07 PM

Ah, thanks for that.

Let's Chop Cats! 03-04-2005 06:10 PM

We'll rep the same amount of times we always did, some might do it more. I'll do it only how I normally rep.

What it was that MX set everyone's rep at 0 including Mods so mods repping was useless. Give everything a bit to be sorted out.

albert_bass 03-04-2005 06:10 PM

Oh, that's why I still have 0 points.

JmE's cookies (internet cookies, not baked goods) and were hacked and exploited to access supermod things, as well as his actual account was taken over, and stuff started happening. It didn't bother him because he wanted to be demodded anyway, he was tired of modding MX. He planned on sitll postinf after getting demodded, but his account getting banned hendered that, and the fact he got to addicted to WoW.

Oh come on.

I'm not stupid.

Thanks for the explanation though.

Let's Chop Cats! 03-04-2005 06:16 PM

Oh yeah WoW is a street term for crystal meth or crystal methamphetamine.

albert_bass 03-04-2005 06:17 PM

I've got a friend who's addicted to WoW. Now he sucks at life more than he used to (if that's possible)

Weren't you looking for Calvin and Hobbes comics?

Let's Chop Cats! 03-04-2005 06:30 PM

I'd rep you if it was worth something. Awesome! Keep me busy for a few hours tonight.

SlappedByTheClash 03-04-2005 06:38 PM

If anyone wants an Against Me! concert, I posted a link.

lynch_me 03-04-2005 06:58 PM

This rep thing is confusing.

Brain Toad 03-04-2005 07:01 PM

Icons of Filth to Ani DiFranco, what a transition.

pedro durruti 03-04-2005 07:03 PM

Look at my pretty stars

SlappedByTheClash 03-04-2005 07:05 PM

What the hell?

Peter has beaten the system yet again.

shane italian 03-04-2005 07:12 PM
Look at my pretty stars
I will strangle you with my DONG!

lynch_me 03-04-2005 07:23 PM

Whaaaaaaat?

guns_of_brixton 03-04-2005 07:26 PM

No more rep? Good. We will look back on the "rep age" as a time of rep whores and pretty stars.

SlappedByTheClash 03-04-2005 07:27 PM

Peter still has pretty stars, unlike the rest of us poor slobs.

B'astard.

shane italian 03-04-2005 07:28 PM

Wtf. I had 4200 rep. WTFFF.

guns_of_brixton 03-04-2005 07:32 PM

I kind of freaked out when I checked my User CP and saw no rep. I thought a supermod had neg repped me and my rep had been totally obliterated.

oopyman 03-04-2005 07:36 PM
Wtf. I had 4200 rep. WTFFF.
That's nothing. I had 5500. And my iPod has more songs than yours.

You kids and your 80's movies.

Didn't chips quote that for his user title?

Forest_Fire 03-04-2005 07:43 PM

possibly the best movie ever

SlappedByTheClash 03-04-2005 07:44 PM

I used to idolize Ferris Bueller.

All my friends said I acted like him.

Then I became a b'astard.

Forest_Fire 03-04-2005 07:46 PM

im going to watch it tonight before i go to bed. this one chick always tells me i look like cameron with long hair. but shes just stupid, becuase no one agrees with her

SlappedByTheClash 03-04-2005 07:49 PM

When I'm nice, I'm actually a LOT like Ferris.

I get along with most anyone I talk to, and I don't have much hostitlity towards anyone except for a few select whores and jocks.

I look like him a little too, but not much. I want that sweet leopard print vest he had.

guns_of_brixton 03-04-2005 07:51 PM

I love the song at the end when the Rooney (the principal, I think that's his name) is on the bus.

Forest_Fire 03-04-2005 07:55 PM

i love the one where theyre looking at the car and it has the deep voice and its like"

BUM BUM chica chica BUM BUM "Ohhh Yeeeaah" chica chica

wait... is that the song the play at the end too?

Anxious 03-04-2005 07:56 PM

wow i have no rep now

SlappedByTheClash 03-04-2005 07:57 PM

Ben Stein doing that monotone calling the roll was great.

My teacher does it every day though, because she watches that movie like every day.

So it's not as funny anymore.

Yea, and I also like the song they play when the camera is doing a fly-by of Chicago. I live near Chicago and I tried to find the restaraunt the went to (when Ferris pretended to be the business owner) but I had no luck.

Forest_Fire 03-04-2005 08:04 PM

Probably. The only Chicago parts were most likely the baseball game, parade, and parking garage.
